The 3 masted schooner Shenandoah designed by Theodore Ferris, and built in 1902 crossing tacks with the 2 masted schooner Mariette of 1915, designed by Nathanial Herreshoff as they pass the NE Gurnard buoy. To the left is the steam yacht Atlantide, Mariette’s tender.
