Aschanti IV and Sincerity – Antigua 2006

Beating away from the start, just as a tropical rain squall approaches.  This shows the 105’ black schooner Ashanti IV, built in 1954 and the 95’ ketch Sincerity, built in 1928 by Baglietto of Italy for Agnelli of Fiat.  Second from the left on Sincerity’s stern is the artist’s wife, Helen.
