D Day 1944

Commissioned by the Royal Naval Museum at Portsmouth to depict Portsmouth Harbour in 1944 just before D Day.  The painting shows landing craft leaving to assemble off the Isle of Wight, prior to crossing the Channel for the beaches of Normandy on D Day.
