The Mary Rose wreck in her cradle

Commissioned by the Mary Rose Trust to show in their museum display what they had recovered from the seabed.  The wreck was being sprayed and stabilised in this separate building.  The sprayers were stopped at one end to enable the artist to paint this from life.  At the same time a few charcoal sketches were drawn for the Mary Rose brochure.
