Elena was built for Morton F. Plant in 1911. Designed and built at the Herreshoff yard, she measured 136 ‘ 6” o’all. Elmina was built for Frederick F. Brewster in 1905. Designed by Cary Smith and built by George Lawley. She measured 125’ o’all.
